Conservative Backlash Against Immigration Reform Just Talk

The Washington Post has written that a "conservative backlash" has begun to threaten immigration reform.  Article  But this is nothing but talk.  Just as I am certain we will have immigration reform this year, I am also certain that the extreme right talkshows and the loud but small scale detractors will not prevail over common sense.  Most Republicans know that we need reform and need it badly, and that kicking this issue down the road will only lead to more disaster for the party.  Both parties need reform to happen, so each can put this divisive issue in the past.  It is imperative for our country's future that we fix the system and make it work for the new century.  I am confident that no one will stand in the way this time.
